Diamond wires for solar wafer (DW120) are electro deposition equipment used for the wafer slicing process of solar silicon ingot, which is not only eco-friendly but also increases the productivity by 2-3 times compared to slurry slicing. Diamond wires for sapphire wafer (DW250) are electro deposition equipment used for cutting wafer slicing process of LED sapphire ingots.
